Default Moving on over from Softail Deluxe
Traded my 05 D-Luxe for a 14 Street Glide Special Today got it in Morocco Gold which looks more to me like a creamy pearl white. Nutsy color and looking forward to it. want to stay with dual exhaust and was going to go with samson silver bullet. Dealer said quality is poor and a quick search here seems to confirm. Any suggestions?

Congrats!! Too bad you couldn't keep the softail too....that and the street glide are the best two bikes to moco makes in my humble opinion. Ride safe!!

Try the Cobra TRI-FLO sounds great and very unique look.I have them on my 2013 FLHTK

Congrats, I did that years ago with my 2007 deluxe when I purchased a 2011 Street Glide. Once you go "real touring" especially a SG, you will never look back. Nice move, enjoy and be safe!

Yea I agree, I tried touring on a Fatboy for 4 years, it's a tough 600 mile day. You will love the comfort and handling of the SG. I took a long trip about a month after I traded my Fatboy in and it was like night and day. You do have to post pics, you know that right.

Yep, I tried setting my Fat Boy up for touring too, and with the money would've stuck into it, it made more sense in the long run to just get a bagger. For me, it was an excellent choice. Love my King!!
