I'm thinking of buying a Street Glide Fascia for my Street Glide, I already have one, but here is what I'm thinking about doing.
I'm thing about purchasing CVO rear lights, cutting an opening in the fascia, then inserting the CVO lights, I don't know if there is room to fit, asking if anyone has done this before?
There is room to fit, the problem is there's no way to attach them to the standard fascia. The CVO fascia has mounting points molded into it to attach the lites.

That is exactly what I have been wanting to do but Ive never been able to see how the lights attached to see if it was possible.
ANYBODY HAVE PHOTOS OF THE BACK OF THE CVO LIGHTS OR THE CVO FACIA WITHOUT LIGHTS SO WE CAN SEE?
You can go to HD website and do a search for CVO fender, click on the fender when it shows and the click on the more info tab and there is a PDF file that will open showing the whole assembly, parts with numbers and instructions.
CVO fascia has round tubes molded into the back above and below the light opening. Light sets over the tubes and a screw threads thru the light into the tube. Don't think the curve of the light is right for the SG fascia. The CVO fascia is "frenched" around the lights. Just happen to have both in the shop right now.
