We tow to Canada from Pa with sleds and never had any problems with the bearings. Now we had a flat or two, in the years we've been going. I would definitely have a spare and some tools just in the rare case.

Personally, I am very uncomfortable with small-wheeled trailers. If you are below the load ratings, however, check everything a lot, and keep those little wheels away from potholes, etc, you should be OK. I would not go 85+, as will likely be the average speed on interstates. Were I to do it all the way from Mass to Fla, I'd leave with new preferably tubeless tires, have at least one mounted spare, plenty of quality grease, and a jack. I'd carry as much weight as possible in the tow vehicle. Maybe hope for rain to cool the tires and bearings.
