It sure does suck this time of year living in Wisconsin. San Fran knocked us out of the playoffs (as expected) and the bike is still in storage. Cool part is 2 more payments and she will be back home. Here we are the middle of January, and it has been an unseasonably cold ***** all winter so far, but, 8 weeks and we will be in the 50s. We put 2 or 3 of those together (50 degree days) and the bike is coming home to papa.
Sure do miss her. The mrs and I are contemplating a mid Feb trip to AZ to rent one for a week and go tear up some desert miles. We were out there last spring for a week and didn't get to spend nearly enough time in Phoenix. I have a friend out there right now who said come on out and he'd take us on some great rides. Get past property taxes and insurances and we may well do that. It's early a.m. and am just setting here missing her badly, and envious of yous who get to ride year round.......
Ride safe...
it hasn't been all that warm here in Alabama this season either it has been a colder than usual winter, on the 50* days it rains ,no where near comparable to yalls winter tho. Sorry about the playoffs Seattle put my team out lol!
It is a great time of year for projects. We don't have the stress of getting it done anytime soon. Although I would prefer the stress of getting things done because the weather is good...

Thought of that.......winter project..... but it's even too cold in the garage to take the bike apart. Supposed to be in the 50's today but there is so much salt on the roads from last weeks storms I don't want to go out.
Every Harley rider in a cold climate must take 2 weeks off in the dead of winter and head for a week or more of riding in a warm, sun drenched area. You got to do it! SJ Ron
Sorry for you guys. Warmer than normal here in Arizona. Not to rub it in, but we decided to rude up to Cave Creek for lunch at the Hideaway on Friday and then spent the night in Scottsdale and The Dirty Dogg Saloon. Rode back yesterday. Nice 380 mile road trip in January.
