I too have this. It's like a clear drip that is only noticeable in the sun. I thought it was a anti glare glazing or something that was hastily applied. But good to know I'm not the only one.

The first was replaced at around 5000 miles and the replacement is doing the same thing with less than 2000 miles since replaced by my dealer. It is not water or moisture condensation like I have experienced with other models as it does not form into droplets. The streaking starts at the top if the indicators and continues to worsen as time goes on. I suspect that it is some type of lubricant that is used on the mechanism during manufacture and it migrates to the inside of the glass. It isn't very noticeable unless outside with the sunlight shining on them. I don't normally even wash the bike, normally just clean with microfiber cloths & haven't done a lot of riding in the rain either. I am 100% certain that the streaking material is not water. - If you have a '14, take a look and let me know if you are having the same issue. - I have seen it on a couple of other bikes that I have looked at. - Thanks
