Look underneith the tour pak and you will see another place for the U bar. Open the tourpak and take the nut off of the vinyl bag and you can pull the whole liner out to get to the bolts.
Its not back as far as it will go I checked aginist my buddys 07 ultra you can tell there are two postions but before I take it all apart dose anyone know will I have to drill any holes or are they predrilled ??
I found out how to move it and it was easy just remove the carpet and you will see it is predrilled and the wires are long enough just remove the bolts side it back and bolt it back up
