I went to the dealer yesterday, and while I was there anyway I asked about the pins. They are not listed in the catalog and that particular dealer didn't offer them for sale.

Im pretty sure JP and Dennis Kirk sell them, Jims too, have you tried looking in the Screaming Eagle catalog?

I use 2 countersunk allen head bolts, and spin the tire method. the point on the countersink works like the point on the alignment pins. any good hardware store.....snip

That's good I looked them up at Dennis Kirk and the crane ones listed look like the price is for one. I like the idea someone had a out the countersunk bolts though

Make sure all parts are in right with the oil pump bolts in but loose. Put the bike in 5th gear and turn the rear wheel a few times then start snugging up the oil pump bolts in the proper rotation a few turns at a time. Just keep rotating the rear wheel and it will center just fine.
thank you!! they sell the special tools that u dont actually need. Like cam chain locker ( press brake while in gear) starter gear (crecent wrench holds it perfect) etc
