I have Rinehart True Duals and a stock air cleaner. I did not re-tune and my bike runs strong. Spark plugs look good and no decel popping. Different cams will be a different story. Andrews Products N26 is probably OK also.

Absolutely you do! and rotate the motor while tightening the bolts. Evo lifter block pins are the same tool
