Another piece to the "CB not cutting out the radio or media" puzzle is...Once the system initially boots, if you go into the Communications screen select the CB and turn it off and back on it will begin to work perfectly. A terrible solution for the problem, but it will get you down the road until you shut down, and then you will have to do it all over again.

Thanks for the tip. I just tried it and it works. Agree it is a terrible solution however, it will help until mother Harley fixes that. Getting ready to call them now. Also, will tell them Trip Summary still doesn't work properly.
I just spoke to Ann at H_D customer care and told her about the PTT, CB problem. She said they were not aware of the problem and would let research dept. know about it so they can get it fixed. Told her of the temporary solution emu309 gave us. I strongly suggest that you who have CBs call H-D customer care at 1-800-258-2464, select option 2, and then press 6 to let them know you have the problem. The more calls they get the better it is for us. Thanks.
Hey all, new to HD, and the forum. Got my SG back in December but haven't had any good weather to ride, but I have messed with the Boom! Infotainment system. Before this update having my iPhone 5 paired via Bluetooth and pandora playing music the boom would display album artwork, and now it does not. That's is about all I've noticed. Couldn't speak for the popping fix, didn't have good radio reception in the garage but I know it was there prior to the update. Thanks guys

I suggest you call H-D customer care on any problems you have seen after the download, so they can try to figure out how to correct the problem. Otherwise they may not know about it. Welcome to forum!
Yep, same problem here too. I checked another bike with the upgrade and it also has the NEW problem. I also am unable to import favorites from a GPX file anymore.
You could before? Dang! I just got my bike finally Friday. I went ahead and upgraded the radio right away. Then I tried to import the "current.gpx" file from my Garmin 660. It did not like it. I made a couple 2 stop files and it imported them. But I really wanted to bring all my contacts and save as favorites.

I just did the update yesterday and as reported the PTT button does not cut out the radio. Thank you for your solution, it works just as you described. Hope HD can cure this with another update and hopefully it won't take 6 months to do it. Maybe they will even fix the AVC.
