I just finished my Mayhems and had that exact throttle issue!
My Avon cushion grips were too tight on the throttle side - had your issue. I ended up putting a set of stock grips on in a pinch (was gagging to ride) what grips did u end up using???
I have the nostalgia grips.. Had them on my stock bars.. I'm gonna make sure everything is smoother where the tbw Sits n the grooves and spray some lube on it and see Wat happens.. either way I'm riding the **** tomorrow lol

Before you go and put lube on it, loosen up your hand control housing and slide it to the right about 1/16". You've got it all pulled too snug. Your grip is bottomed out against the TBW and it's binding in your hand control housing. Just give it a little slack and all will be good. It's gotta have a little wiggle room.
