It's a 6 piston caliper and a 13" rotor.

From a very high speed it does seem to take a little longer to stop. This is probably due to the heavier front wheel/tire. Around town and normal riding it stops better than it did with the 21". I'm guessing because I now have a much larger contact patch with the 180 tire.

I'm considering going to a composite rotor though. Trying to find out if Lyndall makes pads for my HHI caliper.

I've had some questions about the air ride and how it works etc. Here's a quick video I took once I got it all plumbed and wired up.

The rear air is pretty basic. A set of 12" Arnott Bilstein shocks with a Viair 95c compressor mounted on the left side of the radio bracket. I used 1/4" line for everything except the shocks themselves. It's easier to route the 1/8" line between the fender etc.

The front air is straight air over oil. Basically take out the main spring and damper valve. Fill the tubes with 14oz of oil. Drill and tap the top fork bolt for 1/8npt and install air fitting. I'm running another Viair 95c compressor mounted to the right side of the radio bracket. Again, 1/4" line for everything except the forks. Used 1/8" there.

As you can see it raises pretty quick. Video shows the front going from 0-70psi and rear going from 0-60psi. So far those have been the best pressure settings for ride quality I have found. Still a work in progress there though.

Got it painted and back on the road. Still need to paint the chrome engine covers, but it's rideable again.
