I had them on my 10 street glide and I kept them but have no intention of putting them on my 14 I can move my feet around plenty on long rides with out them.

I'd be lost without them.

someone has to change there sig

I used them at one time, but have taken them off recently. When I try to stretch out on the bike it kills my hips. I just move my foot forward and out on the floorboards. Works just fine.

That's exactly the way I like to ride..its the first thing I added to the bike its a must have for my comfort!

I've never seen the point of them and can ride long tours without them in complete comfort.

Just like a lot of other things, its a lot of personal preference but i personally will not have a touring bke without them. I love mine. I'm 5'10 with a 32" inseam.

There is no way I could ride without them. And I have mine low enough to add another position...heel on floorboard and toes on pegs...it's like having and extended floorboard. I used to have them high, but a buddy talked me into pulling them down some.

It's the beach bars. I had them on my Deluxe--they put you in a riding position that just doesn't seem to go with highway pegs.

There is another option...I had some that mounted to the underside of my floor board on my Deluxe once. I can't remember the brand...they may have been HD. But they were outstanding. It's like an arm of some sort...then you chose your peg
