I haven't had much good weather to know for sure. I have been out for short outings and the bike seems to be running better than ever.

It really does pull quite a bit stronger than the 'pulls like a freight train' I thought I had before. I seriously noticeable difference.

Dyno dude also told me that the stock O2 sensors were not picking up accurately and showed me where in the band that was happening. He said that with the auto tune pro that dynojet offers for the PV and a fair bit of tuning knowledge, a dyno is probably not needed. Without the pro add-on, a dyno will get you better results than auto tune basic.

Of course, this is my .02. I could be wrong.

I appreciate the info. I'm assuming I have the auto tune pro since i'm running a PCV and my AT kit uses wide band o2 sensors. I guess I need to find a local tuner that I will potentially use and get his opinion. All of this EFI tuning is new to me. All of my tuning experiences involved a empty pill bottle full of jets, a straight screw driver and a butt dyno.

Yes, S&S make excellent lifters but "bang for the buck" it is impossible to beat comp cam Chevy lifters. Good luck!

I'm curious about the Comp lifters. What keeps them from spinning inside the bore?

Ok, you guys have talked me into new lifters! I like the price on the Comp's. Do I set the push rods to the same depth as I would on the stock lifters? Could I just start at 0 lash, count the flats until I bottom the lifter then back off half of the total turns to get me in the middle of the lifter?

Comp SB Chevy lifter = $13.61
Comp V Thunder = $17.01
Same 850-1 part number
I guess when you say it is for a Harley the price instantly goes up!
