The American Elites was the answer to 2009 or newer and are pattern after the
Elite 3. I just know they didn't make an Elite 3 for the 2009 and newer.

Not sure without checking the website if they will fit yours.

The American Elites are now made for the 08-down bikes, they just started production late last year. It is the latest technology for the older bikes, the rear tires are the MT, multi-tread design with a harder compound in the center for long wear & softer on the sides for cornering grip. I've run the EIII & it is a good tire, but I think the Am Elite will prove to be even better, & best of all it's made in the good old USA!

I ran American Elites on my 2009 beforeI traded for the 14.

When it's time for new skins it will be the American Elites without hesitation.

Good to know the older bikes can now use them.

By the way the best pricing I've found on Am Elites is through AmericanMototire, frt MT90-16 $115.30, RR MU85-16 $143.18 with free shipping, they seem to beat the others on Dunlops especially.

Bought the American Elites from Americanmototire. Dunlop has a $40 rebate when you buy a set of Elites also. Dealer charges $90.00 for installation and balance of both tires. Thanks to All for the replies

I have used Jake wilson and Chapparal racing before. At the time they were cheaper. I had a EIII on the front for about 30000 or more , got 11000 on rear...Now on a Commander II rear and a Avon Cobra front.
