For now, I'd paint that thing flat black. In the future, there's a good chromer here on the boards that can probably have it back to you real quick.

Every once in a while you put a chromed part on and it acts like a mirror revealing an even nastier part you really don't want to see .... I believe the "Rolling Stones" hit it right "Paint It Black"

Agree either have yours chromed or powder coated. But for sure it is ugly.

Well, it does look to be correct. I'm gonna have to look through some recent magazines to see if I notice a bracket or something. Surprised nobody has addressed this till now as those pipes have been out about 2 years right? Personally I'd get it chromed. If I had my parts catalog handy I'd look up the part to see how much it is. That would probably be better than keeping your bike of the road while waiting for chroming. I'll let ya know if I come up with anything helpful.
