I would suggest that if your not happy with the stock seat maybe look at getting a solo seat? Also if you were not informed at purchase if your younger than 35 and buy a touring bike your warranty is voided, just saying!

I don't think my wife would be too comfortable on a solo seat! I didn't know it was a touring bike when I bought it....I just saw the word glide and thought it sounded fancy! I thought touring bikes came with luggage?

For a slimmed down seat, the Badlander probably the way to go. But you won't be going far. My wife has one for her Fat Boy. She can't stand it as the driver. I'd hate to be a passenger on one. Seems like it's all for looks, not comfort. Supposedly, HD put a lot of effort in to passenger comfort on the 2014 touring bikes. . . .

Oh boy, if you want to keep that lady as your wife do not try to put her on the back of a badlander! I thought this was just for you to try to make it look sleeker.

I can change the seat out when she rides.....it takes all of 2 minutes? I had a wide glide when we first got together(2005) and I had a badlander for riding by myself and then I put the stocker on with a sissy bar when she rode. I'm just not sure I like the look of the solo seats on a touring bike. I want something in the back part of the bike, instead of a naked fender with possible rub marks from the stock seat. I also have a 4 point docking kit with a sissy bar for when the wife rides. With 3 kids, she doesn't ride very often. Whatever seat I choose would not be changed out but a couple times a month maybe.

+1 that the Badlander looks great. The comfort isn't the greatest, but it's been a good compromise for me.

bid up to over $200? he is a helll of a seller. i was hoping nobody took it serious and i was gonna grab it cheap lol

i ahve had 1 on my SG and Fatboy. the SG was great for me and OK for passenger. the fatboy is not a 2-up seat. the bolts that hold the rear bracket on are felt right through the padding. i had my girl in tears in about 20 miles w/ it. ran stock seat when she rode

Usually lower profile seats aren't very comfy, but if you like something similar you might do better with a LePera Cobra or C&C LoPro seats. A little more pricey, but at least you can customize 'em a bit.
