If you get her all done, then what?

+1 I like to do things in groups - some things like floor boards and shift/brake you do once and they never come off the bike again. Fenders and bags require the wheel to be removed, and somewhat vice-versa, so they go together. If it were me I'd leave the big stuff 'til next winter. FWIW I think there will be a new hot bagger look this summer - fat front tires - you may want to hold off so you are not chasing last year's fad.

Plan it as a one time build, move along plan as budget allows.

IMO, it's as much fun to make changes as it is to ride. I'm always looking forward to whatever comes next. If nothing comes next, then what?

From your list it is nothing but either swapping out things or add on'. Make it easy on your self. Why pay interest if you don't have to.
