Last week I purchased 10" Mayhem Handlebars, received them yesterday.
(Watching for the UPS Truck, like a little kid on Christmas morning)
Wow are they nice bars.
This morning I wake up at 4:30am and within seconds I am thinking how I can get the bike to the dealership for the install.
well, it aint happening today
Tomorrow morning, prolly be like 25 degrees, I am pumped, and nervous at the same time. the roads are freakin horrible.
Actually when I was living in Vermont this is exactly what the local dealer offered to keep their shop filled. They did charge you but it was very reasonable in the winter. I took care of the entire problem and moved to south Florida where I can ride 12 months out of the year
From: 12 year, Colombia, 4 years Mexico, currently In Kuwait, but Boston is HOME!!
I used to live way outside the US for 13 years, for work. I could not wait to get home during those years during the summer months on my bike and then come August back to whatever placement I was at, Finally I got a job here in Central Mexico where I can ride all year with no snow, rain or cold weather. Yes there are some traffic rules and inner city riding issues, but nothing like Egypt, Colombia or the Ukraine. People always say man your crazy for living there in Mexico, but two and a half years in and no issues. In fact, met more dudes here that are cool, less judgmental and frankly will ride whatever they can afford and are cool. SO living here and having both my bikes here as cured the winter or away from home blues. Sorry for the rant!
