When you order the kit, I believe they email you a link to the installation video. I don't know why they keep it a secret, it is not on youtube. I don't have it… good luck. Personally, I don't like them for the reason that they make the bottom of the bag flat. I use the innovative storage solutions tool pouches that fit into the nooks at the bottom of the bag, then my soft bag slides in perfectly. would loose that space with a flat bottom.
there is a phone number on the contact us page, perhaps a phone call to them would get the link to the install video. Why not go to the source first?

All you would have to do is remove the polystyrene blocks on the underside of the bottom inserts and you could still use your storage bags.
Isn't the liner glued in? making accessing the storage bags a bit difficult??? thanks
The side carpet panels are glued in. The bottom hard panel is removable. I can't speak for the stock bag bottom panel, but on the CVO saddlebag liners, there is 3 plastic tabs that stick on the shallow side wall of the bag itself, and a piece of foam stuck to the bottom of the "trap door" in the back corner. That is what makes the bottom level. There is still room for me to store things below the trap door.
If the stock bags liners are like mine, you could remove the foam from the bottom of the panels and the liner would rest on the saddlebag storage pouches.
Make sure you have a clean surface on the inside of the bags.
Use the glue they recommend.
Take your time.
Don't spray the glue indoors. Take it outside. The overspray will make everything in your house sticky.
Read the instructions at least three times, and understand what you need to do, before attempting your first bag.
Put a towel down on the surface the bags will be sitting on while you are installing the liners so you don't scratch the hell out of your bags.
I put the liners in my CVO lower bags right after I got them from the painter so I didn't have to mask anything off. It might be worth it to remove all the hardware from the lowers.

This is why I bought the HD molded liners. 10 minute installation.
