$202.95 for the backrest and mount which is sold separately. Its a good price and I never questioned his pricing. I had never done business with him before so I was looking for some input on doing business with him. That said, I try to support Forum vendors first. I never spoke to anyone at Slick, just obtained the pricing on line so there wasn't any commitment. If there had been I would always honor what I commit to first. Thanks
