HD chrome wheels with spider webbing

Default HD chrome wheels with spider webbing
Cleaning wheels after a short ride today and discovered what appears to be spider web-like stress marks on outside of front and rear wheel rim. HD Thunderstars. Approx 5 yrs old. Hit a small pot hole at about 45mph a couple weeks ago but Impact didn't appear hard enough to warrant inspecting tire or wheels for any damage. Anyone know if I can polish these out? If so, what's best product(s) to use?

Will roll it out of garage tomorrow and try close up photos in daylight.
