Swwweeet! It will totally change the way you look at longer trips. I like the look of that sporty 48 but I am just too tall (6'4). I came from a V-rod. The V had all the power in the world but it would crush your soul on the highway over a 4-7 hour trip. The glide will make that trip seem like childs play. Congrats and enjoy!

Congratulations. Yep, there is no comparison between the two bikes. If you want to do any long touring, say 6-8 per day, you should consider buying a more comfortable seat. Ask me how I know.
