Temp got into the high 40's/50 today. Got out in the garage early and got started on the decatting process. Not to rehash the great debate, but I did the drill method. I was a process, but it's done. So in between dump runs and kids haircuts got it completed around 3:30/4:00. Still plenty warm out so it was time to fire it up and go for a quick spin. I had also installed a FuelMoto mapped PC-V and Pro Billet air cleaner. Turned on the switch and hit the starter and she fired right up. I like the sound of the stock cans with the decatted headpipe. Not too loud, kind of a deep rumble. Lots of melting going on here so the roads are wet with water running across them, so I picked a road I figured would be pretty dry for a quick trip. I was only out for about 20 minutes, but it felt SO DAMN GOOD to finally get to ride. This is my first touring bike, I traded my Super Glide last November, and this is the first chance I had to ride this one. I felt a little giddy when I got back home. I'm thinking this is going to be a great summer!
Don't be too jealous of it, more crap coming tomorrow. Then back to the cooler temps for next week.....And sorry if I confused you, I have a Powercommander not the Powervision.

Same here. hit 60 today and I got to go out for 100 miles or so. Blizzard warning for tomorrow night. The winter that just wont die.
Rain is in the forecast down here the next three days. I'm ok with it. Let it wash and the salt and remaining dirty snow away....then temps in the 50's next week.
snuck in 100 mi between thurs and sat......felt oh so good.....wanted to just go, but rain was in the forecast so I had to control that urge. Tuesday is forecast to be decent, I hope to rack up 200 at least. We are getting there slowly but surely.
