Not the cheapest, but worked for me. 8,000 miles all good! Try Ebay

I don't think I could buy grade 8 bolts for $14.96
It looks like it changes the shock angle. That is usually where the problems and complaints come from, giving lowering kits a bad name.
LAC does not change the shock angle and are quality.

I like the LA chopper lowering blocks because the lower mount isn't at a extreme angle and it fits over the lower shock mount & bolts on to the swing arm. Solid design!

I'd like to lower my 13 limited, however I find it hard to find any lowering kit to work with the HD touring shocks I put on. Anyone know of a lowering kit that will work for sure?? Thanx
