This is just my opinion but are we really worried about someone using an old photo for this game? I mean there's no cash award involved so even if someone doesn't get the point that this is meant to have some fun while enjoying a ride does it really matter? When I'm out riding I lose track of what piece of gear was supposed to be put on what part of the bike. And about those bonus points...can we redeem them at Amazon.com?
