Nice try, close.
See if you can find a BIGGER rock.
They are out there.
I know where a quarry is that the name of the business is painted on a HUGE rock. Something like that would do, also. And, you are correct that if you don't wear a helmet, gloves on the seat will do.
Good luck!
just for the record, was not submitting photos to meet challenge, was just showing I was out there trying.....lol,, ( P.S. thanks for the vote of confidence C.H.L.)

Got up to about 70° here today, ice blue skies and nice. Had a great ride. If someone doesn't find a great painted stone soon, I will announce another target I have in mind.
Hope all are doing well, looking forward to seeing more bike pics with interesting scenery.
Perfect weather today - 70 degrees with blue skies. A google search for painted rocks found very few near me. But did find this one about an hour away - Frog Rock near Keystone Lake / Mannford. Nice ride out there, but the last half mile or so was a dirt road, thankfully well maintained. The rock is pretty impressive. Thanks for this cool challenge. I never would have even known something like this was around here.
Next challenge: Your bike with a water tower in the background. A couple of examples I got on the way back home.
Finally Doc says I can ride my bike. So I went and saw Hacksaw Ridge today. When I got done went looking for water towers....Here's what I got. One in Butner NC, the other on the Butner ANG Training Base.
Your near a base you gotta have a picture of a tank right.
So next your bike at a Veterans Club: ie DAV, VFW, PH, extra credit if you can get a Veteran in the picture.
A day late and a dollar short, story of my life. Found this on the ride today. 70 and sunny, great day to ride. Someone did a great job painting this so I figured I would share anyway.

OK mike, go and get that water tower challenge. Don't let the white stuff in the driveway deter you...tomp dd50.
It's not the white stuff that deters me it's the clear stuff I hate ice. seen the video on how to lift a bagger by yourself but I've never seen one on the how to lift it in the snow I think it might be a little more difficult
