Boom big fiberglass Indian. Didn't know there was a proper name for these things. Tried getting someone to post a pic of one of the "mufler men" a while back and ended up with a bronze statue of a time traveling space monkey as the win.
If this passes the next challenge is bike in front of an antique tractor serving as lawn art.
Here is my bike in front of a Case tractor in my neighbor's yard. There are a bunch of yards decorated like this in my area featuring farming equipment in various states of disrepair.
Also included is a pic of a graveyard for antique implements I found last summer.
The next challenge is your ride with a newspaper dispenser, a payphone, or a blue public mailbox.
The mailbox was easy. The phone booth (maybe that's a stretch) took a little searching and the newspaper dispenser was in front of the same building.
Next challenge -- a home town garage. We're looking for someplace that repairs automobiles and is not part of some national or regional chain. Bonus points if it's red brick and has an advertisement for Champion Spark Plugs or the like painted on the side of the building.
Was out yesterday and came across this....
It looked cool so I grabbed a pic......
Not for the win because it was a national chain.
But a good bump to the thread!
