Yep!!!!! My hometown in Somerset Ky has one. It's been open for as long as I remember. I saw Gremlins there in 83-86, whenever it came out :-)
Northwest of Houston (far outside the city) has one. If no one completes this challenge I'll try to get out there this weekend ....

I have been to that one in NW Houston. My wife and I went there one time. Hard to believe it is still there.

It stands for Cool Hand Luke
All time favorite movie......
story time.......
I'm 34 years old, born in 1980, well after Cool Hand Luke came out. I'm about 12 years old, and Cool Hand Luke comes on T.V. I get up to go to my room, I don't want to watch some old / stupid black and white movie. My step-daddy tells me to sit down and watch the movie. I say nah, I'm gonna go to my room. He said, nah, it's a good movie, sit and watch it. I say nah, I'm gonna skip it. He gets kinda forceful! He said I'm not asking, I'm telling ya, sit down and watch this movie.
I can't believe it! He is actually making me watch this stupid, old, black and white movie, that doesn't even have machine guns or war scenes!!
Half way into it I'm hooked! I watched it, loved it, and have seen it a million times since. My step-daddy is one of my true heroes in life, and this is one of my favorite childhood memories with him.
He is going in for a CT scan today. Anyone that is reading this that believes in the Great Creator in the sky - I would appreciate your prayers today.
