The stars are on the left, in this scull the stars are at the top and strips under it. That is backwards. The stars need to be on the bottom and the strips on the top.
Maybe he is comparing the skull decal to the paint job on the bike itself. Which in that case the decal would be wrong. I'm not completly up to standard, but I believe that the flag when worn on a uniform, the union - stars - faces to the front. As a sign of advancing. Hopefuly the military people will chime in and correct me if I am wrong, but looking at the picture I'm thinking that the poster is comparing the paint job to the decal.
