Oil temp managment
I'm running V&H Dresser Duals, Stage 1 a/c & a PCV tuner- so that knocked a lot of the heat down already.
I've been looking at the Wards FCS system & the Jaggs 10 row oil cooler.
Is there any advantage to doing one over the other?
Would adding both of them be an overkill? If not- which one is better to do first?
If you're using the Wards FCS system- is there any reason or advantage to also having a fan assisted oil cooler versus the cooler that is without the fan?
As always- thanks for any input you can offer.

On my TG, which needs all the help it can get, I have the following (besides Stage 1):
FCS good for 30+*
Tank Lift good for about 15*
Reusable Oil Filter good for about 5* (oil)
Jag fan assisted lower oil cooler good for 20* (oil)
Jag downtube mounted 10 row oil cooler for 25+* (oil)
These are while moving. In stop and go, the tank lift, downtube oil cooler, reusable oil filter, are not much value in cooling. The fan assisted oil cooler is somewhat effective. The FCS will let you idle all day and never have the EITMS kick in.
Recently I installed an FCS on my Softail. It is doing a good job, but we are not yet into the heat of summer. Yesterday was 75* and I was rolling at 80 mph for a good part of 200 miles. Engine temp never got over 230*, but oil temp got as high as 245*.
I'm pretty happy with that engine temp, but 245* for oil is the outside of what I want to see. Come summer it will undoubtedly get hotter, so I'm going to be adding an oil cooler also.
