Ride for metal health

I've been agonizing over a problem at work for 2 days. This afternoon the temp hit 66 deg and I had just had enough of work. I got on my bike and took a slow ride around town then got on the highway for a few miles. While riding the answer to my work problem came to me. Headed home and sure enough it worked!

Now if I can just convince my boss that I need daily naps and rides to do better work.... Hmmmm

My coworker and I go on lunch, business meetings, rides at least twice a week. Yeah usually go until at least 3pm

Wind therapy does wonders. There's an old saying that "you'll never see a Harley at a psychiatrists office". Wish my boss would let me go ride just to think things over.
