Bought a pair of Bag Latches the other day on Flebay.
Realy nice shape and chromed and yes they were from China, but I have had some very good products from that part of the world until now?
Firstly there was a broken bolt in the back of one which required removal by molegrips. Then there was a deep scratch on the other before the chrome had been applied. On the other one blistering and corrosion under the chrome.
The sellers said they would do a partial refund as to send them back is expensive. I explained that it may be pricey to get them re chromed but will get a quote. Which ended up being twice the cost of the Latches. Still awaiting their reply!
