How about a six pack of nice frosty Canadian beer next time youre on the way to Alaska. L:-)

Thought you had it but I took the chrome covers off and the holes still dont line up....grrr, the ones i have are supposedly off an FLHX
Ill need to find someone who owns an Ultra with 2 point mounts and see what the heck i'm missing

Do you have a pic of the bracket you are trying too mount?Thanks for the beer offer,but we got lots of Canadian beer here on the east coast,and I won't be heading to Alaska anytime soon,it's cold enough here for me this spring.

There is no difference in the rear frame of '09-'13 tourers (RK/SG/EG/Ultra/Limited). If ya took the covers off and the brackets won't fit, ya got the wrong brackets.

I believe I do have the wrong brackets and have been sold a "pig in a poke" I'll go take some pics tonite and upload and maybe i can put this issue to bed finally

4.25" wide overall

I'm not sure how you are measuring the hole spacing to get 3.75 inches.Mine has a spacing of 2 7/8 inches approx.

Dang typo-yes 2 7/8 center to center on the mounting holes
can you possibly shoot me a picture of it installed on the bike?

Sorry,they aren't on the bike now.So you took off the fender strut cover and there are no holes that this bracket will align to?
