No problem at all. Load up and go!!

The whole trick is to think ahead. the first few times you will find out the stuff you should of brought and the stuff you could of done without.

And you will learn to "improvise". Make one thing work for another.

Example:
Camping pillow? Well the saddle bag liner with your clothes in it works just fine.

And just like when riding, prepare for the worst weather. A tent is great, but a sealed seamed tent is better. And a sealed seamed tent with a raised seam floor is even better.

A cheap ground tarp is a must.Packout day in the rain is easier when the tent is not muddy, and you can toss the ground tarp.

Learn to pack tight and light. Roll shirts instead of folding, you can also use ziplock bags to pack "sets" of clothes in.(it's always great to have clean dry clothes)

Remember a dirty laundry bag.

Tolietries...A must

Food, get once you are there, also pickup a cheap styrofoam cooler once you are there.

Larger campgrounds have showers and restrooms. Learn to get up early, unless cold showers are to your liking.

If you have the EG with the double bars on the saddlebags you can strap a folding chair to each side. Keeps the weight down low and out of your mirrors. I have a picture of mine loaded but it says it is to big. Will try to post it later. You dont need a cooler the saddle bags work great. They hold a case of beer and a bag of ice easily

Mail your dirty laundry home! If you don't wear a faceshield, an old holy sock works to scrub the bug guts out of your face in the shower. Many zits experience! Only bring what you can afford to throw out or get stolen. Don't forget the trial size stuff at stores, don't need a month's supply of armpit-fresh if you're only going a weekend. There's another: get unscented anything, the bugs like it when you smell reel purty!
