Ordered the Micro EFI tuner and the Pro Billet Stage One air cleaner. Should be at my place Wednesday for me to install on my day off Thursday. Going with a catless stock header pipe and Rush mufflers with a 2" baffle on my 2012 FLHRC. Anyone running this setup? Any installation tips anyone can share? Any tips are appreciated!

 

That's a pretty basic upgrade. The only thing I would suggest is to go ahead and buy a new set of exhaust gaskets. Some say you won't need them, but for 15 bucks it might save you the trouble of taking off the headers to fix a small exhaust leak. It's really cheap insurance. Good luck!

For my Stage 1, I used Fuel Moto Jackpot 4" Dyno Tuned Slash Down Mufflers, Fuel Moto Pro Billet Stage 1 Air Cleaner and Nightrider FL-XiED-10 Kit.

As you, I also recently installed a stock, catless head pipe.

I LOVE the look, sound and performance of this setup!

TIPS:

• Use Anti-Seize Grease on all muffler/crossover connections.
• Use a Torque Wrench on all muffler/crossover connections.

 

Installing the micro-tuner is straight forward. The hardest part is getting the fuel injectors unplugged - either remove your tank or raise it up as far as you can to help.
