Difference between moon shinez & dynamic rings

Moon shinez are solid white led and the rings are solid white around the edge and amber in the middle when the signal is turned on.

I have Moon shinez but rings would been better and I think rings are DOT approved but MS are not for sure.

My top pic was when I was running HID 5000K in a harley dual bulb head light and the LED under that picture is the truck light PH 7. Just sold that for the harley day makers. It never ends!

I wasn't sure either and that's why I decided to go with the rings and trade the moon shinz. Initially I was using the moon shinz because i didn't have highway lights. Changed to the rings after I put the CVO style highway lights on.
