Seat setup for sure, and I don't know why the tank wouldn't. I just put a setup on my brothers 2013 FLHR( don't remember what year the police setup came off). Just make sure you get a 2009 or newer setup so it fits the new frames.

If you use the 2013+ police seat setup, you don't even need an air tank. HD replaced the air spring with a coil-over shock setup beginning in 2013. I converted my 2010 to the coil-over shock setup and lost the air tank. Bought the parts off of eBay.

I just put the coil over set up on my 13 RG. It fits no problem and it's nice not having the tank and lines to deal with. Police seat does set you up a bit but I'm tall and I love it. If your interested I can set you up the guy I bought mine from as I think he had another setup for sale.
