I just added this set up to my bike and also the premium tour pack hinges. The lights look great, I can't wait to try them out at night! The tour pack hinges not only look 10 times better, but seem much more durable and tight, definitely worth the $49. I will post a review on LEDs in a few days. I ride alot at night on dark back roads, so I should be able to make a good assessment of there value.
With the reflector style LED headlights the description says in low beam only the upper half on the reflector is lit. Is this the Case? And how does it look? Like half of a headlight?
Last night I had my 1st good trial with the reflector led lamp. And I can say MoCo got it right on this one!
On low beam 1/2 the light is lite up, puts a broad light out on both sides of the road with a very white light. When on high beam the other half lights up and it is more focused straight down the road. The reflective road sign illuminate what seems to be 1/2 mile down the road. I did leave the lamp on high for awhile to see if I would get flashed by oncoming traffic and it never happened. I don't think anyone would be disappointed with this purchase, I don't like riding at night but this made it much more enjoyable.
Ok I really like the lights. I did shut the driving lights off a few times and That was awfull. I can't believe anybody can ride at night with out driving lights. The lights are bright and put out a wide spectrum. Bright and clear, spotted a deer in front of me way sooner then I would have with factory lights.

Do you need a different trim ring around headlight or does it stiick out?
yep, looks like 1/2 a headlight...but I ride with high beam in the daytime and because I have them aligned correctly, it doesn't blind anyone. Come to think of it...it only looks like 1/2 a headlight up close....like, it's parked, I run in the house and come back out and it looks like the entire light is lit up until I get closer to it.
Regardless, I'm completely satisfied with mine too
