I was just thinking about what I might do next to my 2012 Ultra Limited. I have a stage 1 A/C, jackpot header, Powervision and stock mufflers. For comfort and convenience, I added Kuryakyn Tour-Tech highway pegs, the magnetic lower doors and angled valve stems and installed an LRS recurved windshield. For a little extra bling, I changed out the tourpack hinges for premiums, swapped out stock antenna for short carbon fiber ones and got chrome covers for the passenger footboards.
My stock seat is comfortable, handlebar is just right, stock headlight with brighter bulbs are fine, power is plenty and she sounds great. A lot of people on here are restless and always wanting to improve things, but I can't think of a single thing I'd want to change. OK, I'm going out for a ride now...it's going to be a nice few days here in the Pacific NW.
my last bike i had it set up the way i liked it, it was that way for bout 4 years before i had to sell it... i like hearing that a bike is the way you want it and wouldnt change anything else, sometimes it takes a while to get it where you want it, but when its there then what you have is contentment and thats a good thing
I'm happy. My 2012 limited runs great. I did the Fuel Moto stage one Dynojet Power Vision, FM air cleaner, FM 2-1-2 head pipe and FM 3.5" Jackpots when the bike had 1200 miles. Now a few weeks ago I installed TW-222 cams, Woods lifters, and FM pushrods. I'm real happy now! 17.5k and rides like a dream.
I'm right there with you! I'm happy with my ancient 08 and am always pleased with the upgrades I've chosen. The latest being monotubes and S&S Power Tune Duals.......it's time to ride!

I know where you're at. I've had my bike 3 years and until last week all I've done is gut the CAT from the header. Installed the Premium Ride shocks last week and plan on doing the cartridge fork kit next month. Then you can stick a fork in me for I'll be done. Unless Harley comes out with something truly leading edge ( not likely ) I'm going to run this one for another 10 years.
I'm gong to be content whether I really am or not. This is the month where payment, insurance, registration and all my regular bills come together and conspire to drive me into bankruptcy.Bikes running good with my Street Glide 2 into one, Rush slip-on and DK Outlaw 587 AC.There are a few other things I'd like to do but it'll have to wait.
