Well, I did a handle bar install about a month ago and I thought my clutch lever tension was good until I tried my buddies clutch lever, I squeezed the lever and it felt real easy going in, I tried mine and dam it take more or it feels like its alittle harder. Anybody know what could be the problem or anybody encounter this after a bar install?

 

check the adjustment, check the route of the cable, make sure it's not binding.

Did you replace the cable with a longer one? Maybe that's the way it works. If not, like was mentioned, check for tight bends. You don't want that. Good luck.

 

Does your buddy have an easy pull clutch installed?

 

Yes adjustment is good, and yes I did replace with a longer cable and no my buddy doesn't have a easy pull
