Is there much difference in a decatted headpipe and a after market headpipe? I have a decatted headpipe on my 2012 street glide. Looking at Rinehart extreme duals and fuel moto jackpot 2-1-2 headpipe. Was thinking about getting rid of the fl-vieds and adding a power vision tuner. Would I benefit adding another headpipe? Would I gain anything in performance? Would the sound be better? Current slip-ons are 3.5" rineharts.

The Rhineharts will give you better sound than you have now, especially if you've still got the stockers. But the PowerVision will give you better performance than the xieds, the down side is the PV is a tad more complex to use than just the plug them in and forget about them xieds.
I went from a stock non-cat '09 2-1-2 header to a Fullsac Xpipe and was extremely surprised with the low end performance gain and heat reduction. Was the only change. 6th gear was useable 10 mph slower and I could keep my right foot on the footboards all the time. Would have never believed it??
I will tell ya this, Fuel Moto's head pipe is far superior to V&H, V&H is paper thin compared to a Jackpot and the tig welding on a Jackpot is bar none, I put a new V&H on for a buddy and had alot of rust in it, Pay little more and go with a Jackpot, V&H does give you nice chrome shields but that's bout it...
I considered changing head-pipes on my 09 but talked to Steve @ F/S and the crew @Fuel-Moto and they both said not enough difference to warrant changing pipes on the 09.
