No. The thinner denim will blow up, I had a pair of HD jeans, what they called heavy weight, they blew up my boots.
I have always worn Wrangler Jeans, My favorite are the 47MWZ. They are nice and heavy, and have never ever ballooned up or climbed my leg.
These "jeans" the younger generation are wearing these days are way too light, and blow around like my momma's skirt.
Agree. I hate jeans these days with the paper-thin denim. Those wranglers are good and I never have an issue with the legs riding up. I also have a pair of HD jeans the Mrs got me. Good thick fabric and they don't ride up but the pockets are so damn tight I can't get my wallet out.

I wore them before I had lowers with my feet on the highway bars, no issues.

All kidding aside, I wear Levi's straight legged with lace up boots and with my feet up on the highway pegs I don't really have an issue with my pant legs crawling up. I do like how the wind swells my pant leg and rushes up my leg to cool the hot contact points as I cruise down the highway.
