Didn`t go either. Banned for DWI in 2001. They told me straight to my face don`t ever try to come back or i will be arrested. I`m fine with it. Plenty of places to spend my money in the U.S.

And yet they tolerate the Mayor who smokes crack, and has been observed drunk in public on several occasions. Nice.
like really this has turned into a thread bashing canada
Telling the truth and pointing out the hypocrisy in the Canadian justice system on this issue is somehow turned into 'Canada bashing'? I think that's a bit of a stretch.
For me it's all about the ride there and back. Basically nothing there, other then lots of bikes to look at, and that i did! Lots of vendors selling tee's and other stuff, but no bike parts/ improvements. Not that i seen anyway...Was hoping to see somebody there selling handle bars. Will i go again, well yeah.

The hypocrisy goes both ways. I have a buddy that stole a BBQ at age 15 and they wouldn't let him in the U.S. He finally got a pardon after 25 or 30 years. We have real criminals on both sides of the border, and yet we keep out the guys who just wants to ride a motorcycle.

Sure it's bi-lateral. No surprise there, and I agree with you.
