I'd just like to post a quick introduction. I've been browsing these forums since early '06, in my free time, while I sat in Iraq contemplating which Harley to buy. I signed the papers for my 2006 Cobalt Blue/Silver Road King Classic on 04 July 2006 in Balad, Iraq and picked it up after I returned home in October.
Hi Rich, welcome to the forums. Glad you're back from Iraq and I, too, would like to thank you for your service to our country! What unit are you with? I, too, purchased an 06 RK Classic, same color as yours. I'm sure you will enjoy it as much as I've enjoyed mine. How many miles have you put on it.
Thumbs up to you and your unit for your service to our country. Me and my household really appreciates you all for this.
Congrats on the new scoot, now just be careful on it. Believe this or not, its damn dangerous ridin one of these things...and to the guy who justgot home from being shot at daily...[&:]
