I paid the dealer 250 for the memory flash and the air cleaner upgrade to the high flow. Bought a used header for 45 dollars off of Ebay and removed the cat. That's the total so far I love it. I've actually gotten much better mileage since. averageing about 40-43 miles to the gallon. Just tripped 22k miles
