Default recall

I bought a 2014 street glide Monday by the time I got to the bank and back to the dealer .The dealer claims they put a recall on some of there bikes and mine being one of them. Something to do with the brakes as anybody herd of this . I been on the Internet looking and have not seen anything of it ...and I'm still waiting to pick up my bike . He said they are waiting on harley to release the paper work on it so they no what yo fix or look at ..In the mean time I'm sitting with out a bike .I traded mine in I have it at home but I won't ride it in case something happens to it then I have to get it fixed before I can get the new one

Dealer should be able to give you a copy of the recall order

or check the NHTSA website

If you have your VIN you can see the recall on the Harley Davidson website under the owners tab. Since your bike is new it shouldn't have any wear on the brake lines from rubbing the tank. If the brake lines have no damage then all the dealers has to do is add a couple of plastic ties to secure the brake lines to the frame.
