This happened to me once before when the firmware update I was sending didn't take. I turned the bike back off and on as well as disconnected and reconnected my laptop then resent the update and all was well again.

im trying to download the updates again from their website and I assume their site is down at the moment..i cant get anything with power commander in the title to open up lol

went back to plug it up one more time to make sure I had everything right for the 20th time and it isn't getting any power..i guess the few times I check for power I had the usb hooked in from the laptop..

I bought a used one from ebay that caused the same problem. One of the pins going into the harness was bent. I straightened it out and the unit worked fine.

after 17 min on hold I got their customer service..went thru the battery voltage before and when cranking over and all that was good..he had me turn the ground pin a bit and still the same thing..even though I didn't get it through them they r still going to warranty it for me..its less an year old so matt said they would test it to make sure its bad and if so send me a new one in the nxt week
