I know there was a thread in here but I can't find it. Been searching for about 15 minutes! anyway, I'm looking to upgrade my headlight from stock to the Hella headlamp but not sure what part number it is. Can anyone provide that? I know there were two of them and one was an e-code. Thanks for the help!
the E code has the low beam close to the bike- closer than we usually use in North America...if you adjust that up to "normal" your high beam will be shining on the tree tops
the E symbol will be marked or cast into the lens at the bottom.
I have one, but it is way easy to overdrive my headlight, so i took it out of my 1995.
I find the optics of the 09 style to be better than the hella E.
I am now using a dual halogen and it is good, but doesn;t cast light as well to the sides. I'll stick with it for awhile.
I think if I can get another 7" like the one from my 09, I'll put them in my 74 Blazer
