Default Hogtrough Questions

Anyone using the Hogtrough lower fairing cup holder without their bottle? I want a cup holder on my 12 Ultra but I want to make sure that it will hold a large cup of coffee for a 15 mile trip into work or a gatoraid/water bottle for a longer ride. I'm not great at remembering to wash coffee cups or water bottles and they almost always end up in the trash so for me it's easier to get a "to go" cup. I looked all over Hogtrough's web page but all the pics are of their bottle. How would a large Dunkin Dounuts coffe cup fit? Thanks

I put the large Styrofoam cups from the convenience store in mine with water and it works great, only problem is at higher cruise speeds it will syphon what ever is in it out thru the straw and get the side of the tank and your left side also. Kinda feels like it's misting rain.

I use the Hog trough, but not on the lower fairings. I got a large insulated cup that slides into it. I turn the handle to the right all the way and use 32oz or 44oz cups from a quick stop shop. I lower that into the large insulated cup on the Hog trough. Works really well and the large insulated cup keeps my drink cold for a long time. Sorry, not a coffee drinker. So not sure if a coffee cup would fit in it or not. My large holder might swallow it up. I love my HOG Trough.

Default For mounting a Bottle

I think I understand what you're asking, and the Roadrunner Drink Holder might be of interest to you. Comes with a travel mug OR you can get it with an insert that holds water bottles, pop cans, coffee cups, etc. Mounts to Harley switch housing or round bar (even windshield if that works for ya). http://www.leadermotorcycle.com/CTGY/drink.html
