I still work on heavy equipment on occasion, seems Komatsu is a Cat knockoff, they reverse engineered their machines from Cat imports to Japan decades ago and are now making their own products that parts will interchange with Cat. China has a knockoff of every major manufacturer from clothing to machine tools to cars, trucks, heavy equipment. Seems the Chinese Communists didn't/don't allow free think so their engineering has to use knockoffs.

It's been mentioned, but check out the Mutazu product line. I myself have their lowers and am happy with them for 1/2 of HD prices. I used to think HD was all about buy American until I started checking the clothing labels.
